Diploma Programs
On completion of these courses, the students who studied any one of these can be employed and work as an Accounts Assistants, Manager, Banking officer, Purchasing officer, Customs officer and Secretary. Grandaunts of these courses can also be employed and work as Project managers, Government & NGO Administrators and Community mobilizers & Development Workers. Besides, the grandaunts of these courses can enrol in any university to study Bachelors degree programmes in related fields.
Course Duration:
The duration for any one of these Courses is two (2) years.
Modes of Study:
All these courses can be studied on full time Day or Boarding or Distance Learning or Weekend basis.
Entry Requirements:
The minimum entry requirement for any of the Diploma programmes is an ‘O’ Level certificate with five credits or its equivalent, plus and ‘ A’ level certificate with one (1) principal pass and two subsidiary passes or its equivalent or a Mature Age examination certificate or a post secondary school certificate from a recognised institution of higher learning.

Certificate Programs
On completion, the students who studied any one of these courses can be employed and work as Accounts technicians, Secretaries and Front Desk officers; Project Assistants, Local Government & NGO Administrators and Community mobilizers & Development Workers. Besides, the graduates of these courses can enrol in any Institution of Higher Learning to study diploma programmes in related fields.

All the courses can be studied either on full time Day or Boarding or Distance Learning or Weekend basis.
Entry Requirements:
The minimum entry requirement for any certificate programme is an ‘O’ Level certificate with three (3) credits or its equivalent. Applicants without ‘O’ Level certificate, but are aged 25 years or more and have a Mature Age Examinations Certificate are eligible for admission.

Vocational Programs Accredited by Uganda Business and Technical examinations Board (UBTEB) and Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT)
On completion of these courses the graduates acquire the practical skills needed for employment as technicians in the fields of Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Professional Driving; how to Weld and fabricate Metallic doors, windows and any other metallic furniture. Graduates are also able to design and sew clothes of various fashions; Manage Hotel and Catering Services. These courses also prepare students to become Professional Carpenters, Technicians of electrical appliances such as Radios, TV sets etc. The will also be able to install and repair water systems in buildings respectively. On completion of any of these courses, the graduates of these courses can enroll in any Institution of Higher Learning to study Advanced Certificate programs in related fields.

All the courses are studied on full time Day or Boarding basis.
Entry Requirements:
Persons with two years practical working experience in a particular field can be admitted for a course in line with his/her field of experience. There is no academic qualification requirement to join the DIT accredited courses in this category since these are courses which are studied on non formal basis, involving hands on training. However, students who wish to study and be assessed by UBTEB require an “O” level certificate to join.

These courses equip the learners with knowledge and skills on how to write and speak in the respective languages taught. These language courses can be studied at both beginner and advanced levels.

Modes of Study:
All the courses are studied on full time day basis.
Entry Requirements:
There is no academic qualification requirement to join the any one of the courses in this category.
